With a first-class degree in English Literature, I trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School before working for various food startups, a food education charity (Jamie Oliver Food Foundation) and a brilliant brand consultancy (big fish®).

Having worked hard helping others build and develop their own businesses, I decided it was time to take the leap myself, so I’m now going it alone as a brand strategist and creative consultant.
I love cooking, writing, travelling, feasting, hiking, talking about trends and building compelling brands which appeal to the modern consumer. So I combine all seven of these hobbies, as a freelancer.
